When applications are installed in your Confluence environment, the applications appear on the side panel as default; similar to a quick/easy access to the application. We have a few applications installed in our Confluence Cloud but want to turn it off by default as the applications are to be used by ONE space. Having the applications defaulting in each Confluence space is not needed.
Is there a way without manually going into each space, editing somewhere within the admin/ Global Settings (or anywhere in Confluence) to auto disable the apps appearing in each space? I tried to look in the global settings, googling around, searched the community and no luck.
Wanted to ask if there is a way to have the default applications installed set to NO for all Confluence spaces and having the option to enable where needed. Seems like all spaces get the applications pinned and enabled, which is not ideal to have.
Example: see attached picture. When you select Apps on the left of a Confluence space, select the edit icon, this popup (picture) appears to edit space apps. By default it has all apps installed set to active/on. I manually disabled the top and bottom apps as I do not want them to appear on the side panel for that space (and ideally ALL but one space).
Hopefully that makes sense and wondering if there is an easy solution.
Thank you!
