Apply themes at the profile level

Hi there!

I was wondering if the Atlassian suite (namely confluence and JIRA) allow the authenticated user to change the theme to use across the suite? I have an eye condition that makes it super difficult to read text on white backgrounds, causing migraines when reading the same content for too long. Having the capability to turn on dark themes on my profile for all pages, like YouTube does in their paid model (screenshot: ), will eliminate this issue for me. Forcing the theme on the Confluence/Jira spaces and projects isn't fair on the other users of our instance that don't require this, or don't like the dark themes.
