Hello everyone!
I've got a problem with collecting weekly reports in an impact statement format from my teams. In order to do that, I would like to create a form that asks guided questions to hit every point of the weekly report (Accomplishments, Issues, Awareness).
In a perfect world, the form/question flow would work like this (Accomplishment used for example):
The first question would be on a "slide" and would not progress until answered. When answered, the question would progress to the next "slide", so on and so forth.
What I've done so far:
The problem with this is that since there are no leading questions, inputs are open to interpretation. We've tried training, one on ones, and self edits, but we'd like this to be more automated.
We end up going through these guided questions and have gotten much better results when asking these leading questions.
So my ask is this, are there any resources or addons that allow for "slide progression" or a Google Forms Quiz style setup/addon I could use to ask these guiding questions, one at a time?
Thank you for any and all help!
Hi Jeff,
You can check out izi for Confluence - LMS (formerly known as Courses and Quizzes LMS) app. However, it doesn't support Free plans in Cloud at the moment. The app requires the capability to restrict pages, which is not available in Free Plan.
Kind regards,
Katerina
Thank you Katerina!
I should have mentioned that this actually would be in a paid Confluence environment.
I'll check out the Courses and Quizzes LMS app!
This looks like it very well may be the solution I'm looking for!
Thank you!
