As a Admin, how do I add/remove project members within Confluence?

I'm using Confluence, and one of my project members has misplaced their password. My thought was to create a temporary password for them, but I don't know where (within Confluence) to do this from.

If you're an admin then you can navigate to admin.atlassian.com -> Directory > Select the user -> Promp reset password
