Unable to create a personal space in Confluence, need help!

This is in Global permissions:

Personal Space

This permission allows the user to create a personal space.

Ask you confluence admit to grant you permissions to create personal space.

You'll need to explain the problem.  "I can't" tells us nothing useful - for all we know, Clive the angry penguin is growling at you every time you move the cursor towards "create"
