Atlassian Analytics displaying multiple rows for one Jira Work Item
Hi all,
I'm very new to Atlassian Analytics (wasn't available in the product drop-down), though I have some basic sql experience.
We would like to clean up the reporting so that each row pertains to one jira work item. Instead, we are getting multiple rows for one jira ticket.
Ideally the agent group and label field should show the department, not the application.
Would someone be able to help me out with what I am missing regarding this?
