It appears that anytime you edit a document from confluence it saves the document locally even after you are done editing. Is it possible to implement a self-cleaning function for the plugin?
Or, has anyone else run into this concern (size and/or security) and found another way to negate it?
Hello there!
Chad, this cleanup feature is already in place for the Companion App. Here it goes:
Files are cleared every time the Companion app restarts.
You can check the whole page here:
How to access Confluence files edited with the Atlassian Companion app
So, if you need to clear your files more frequently than you restart your machine you should be able to do so by just restarting the Companion App.
Hope this helps Chad!
