Atlassian Glossary Add On for Confluence V 5.6.5

I have the trial version installed and come across two problems: 

1) It does not work or appear when in Documentation Theme

2) One of the features is to highlight words that are in the current glossary, this also does not work.

Please let me know if there is something that I can do to get these features to work. We are looking to upgrade to 5.7 soon but for now it would be great to get his working.

Not sure which add-on you're talking about, but if it's this one https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/fr.spectrumgroupe.confluence.plugins.glossary your best bet would be to contact the vendor at http://lab.spectrumgroupe.fr/jira/browse/BPGLOS . While they might be monitoring Answers - that's probably the fastest approach.
