Attach a document in JIRA and it reflect on Confluence

Hi,

I want to know if there is a possible way when you attach a document in an issue in jira and can retrieve the same document in Confluence.

Is there any add-ons???

If the document "lives" in Confluence there is a plugin to allow you to access it on a JIRA ticket:
