Attachment import issue while migrating to On-prem datacenter

We are importing backup from confluence cloud to on-prem datacenter. We see the user profile pictures are not appearing.

Has anyone used script from https://bitbucket.org/atlassianlabs/confluence-support-fix-missing-attachments/src/master/

There are files like user profiles and attachments form personal spaces in the backup directory those are not exported by this script. Is there a way we can include profile pictures to get imported?

I have never used the script but reading through the document it does not seem like it will rectify the profile picture issue.   The issue is most likely that the database information is missing and does not transfer from Cloud to DC.  I think it would take a while to construct the mapping to create a SQL script to get the images associated with each user.  It might be easier to ask each user to update.
