The attachment macro is very useful and extensively used by my team here. In addition, we also use the buttons "View", "Edit in Office" etc.
Unfortunately, these buttons appear at the bottom of the version history. When we have many versions such as 50 or 100, it will be a hassle to scroll down just to find these buttons.
Is there any way that I can modify the macro so that these button appear at the top?
Or does anyone have another idea?
Just wondering if you need to keep that many versions of an attachment? It's possible to delete specific versions (without deleting the attachment entirely) on the Attachments view (of the page where the actual file is attached). If you deleted unneeded versions the buttons would be easier to reach and you'd free up disk space too.
