Attachments Edit in office and properties hidden

When using the attachments macro if the screen is too small you cannot see the gearbox on the right when you hover over the file in order to click properties or edit in office. The scroll bar left and right is buried at the bottom of the screen.

For an organization that uses edit in office and chooses to display the attachments macro on many pages this is a big hassle for many uses.

This kind of change that you need probably would require some development and customization, natively in Confluence is not possible to change this by the UI.
