Recently ran a successful site import from v7.2.2 into a v7.13.2 instance and subsequently a space import from a v6.15.8 instance.
In both cases the imports were successful & attachments can be see and accessed from pages of the imported spaces.
However, in all spaces when you navigate to content tools/attachments nothing is listed.
Tried restarting the instances and running a content index but still no attachments listed. I couldn't see any obvious errors in the logs.
Has anyone seen a similar issue & any suggestions welcome.

Is the method you have used is XML?
Do the attachments show up in the Directory when accessing in instance server?
My guess is when you did the import, the attachments are stored in the Database.
For attachments to show up in content tools, raw attachments should be present in the directory of the confluence server which is not the case here
