Aura Templates

does anyone have some Aura template or do we all need to build our own from the scratch?

Welcome to Atlassian community. 

Have you checked the existing sample templates shipped with Confluence ? In case the existing one does not suite your requirement then there is a Macro Aura - Beautiful Formatting Macros . You might want to take a look at their sample templates and give a try.
