AuthenticationFailedException: 535 Authentication Credentials Invalid. New SMTP Credentials

We created new SMTP credentials in AWS SES. I tried to update the SMTP Mail Server  username and password when I tested connection I got a 535 Authentication error.

We are currently on v8.13.3 of Jira and using port 587 also TLS is checked.
