I was wondering if there was anyway to have a preset filter on a Confiform rather than manually selecting the filter.
To explain a bit more I have several rows of data with several headings and am looking to create a preset filter so when activated it will bring up the the latest set of results based on that filter rather than manually filtering all the time
@Fergus Dunne you can set filters on any ConfiForms "view" macros. When set on a macro level a filter is permanent
So, you can create a designated page with a filtered view over ConfiForms data, so it will be always accessible by your users just by going to that page
ConfiForms Filters are the core concept of ConfiForms, and you can filter by multiple fields, with AND or OR conditions.
Hello Fergus,
Did you try to filter Confiform with Table Filter macro?

Thanks but I do not seem to have that options when searching. Have Table View but not Table Filter

I see, Table Filter macro comes from Table Filter and Charts add-on. You can install it into your Confluence, but notice that this is a paid add-on.

Ah thanks, I am now looking into the Form Filter but trying to create one with specific preset values which there seem to be an option on this Macro called "Set values as key=value pairs, separated by & (as request parameters)".
Just cannot work out the formatting

I found the documentation, but it looks too complicated.

Thanks and just found this too. I have managed to get it to work by pre-defining the Form Filter to look at one field and field value so a start.
Issue I have at the moment is I have to as far as I can see refer the Form name to look at the Initial Registration form to link it. However this then displays all the fields on the page which I do not want as just want the Filter Button itself which can be clicked

I think it will be faster to learn how to to configure it if you contact ConfiForms support.
