Automated page approval process

Hi,

We are looking for a solution to build an automated page approval process.

We want to set up a number of predefined editors in a space and when a user has created a draft the editors are responsible to review and approve/reject it. If the draft is approved it will be published automatically.

We have run a Trial for Approvals for Confluence but this app is not meeting our requirements and I can't found any app where we can configure predefined editors.

There are a few more options, just search for "approval" on the Atlassian Marketplace and filter the result to "Confluence" and "Data Center".

We are using Confluence Data Center and as far as I can see there is no automation plugin for it. The only app I can find that includes that feature is Comala Document Management and I find it very expensive for the function we need, an approval workflow with pre-configured approvers/reviewers. Confluence is used for teams to create, share and organize information for projects and knowledge management and I find it strange that there is no other solution than Comala Document to set up an approval workflow with pre-configured approvers/reviewers for all documents in a space. We don't want the users who created the drafts to add the approvers. We want it to be automated.
