Automatic logout from confluence page for every 10 min

Hi All,

1. I have installed Confluence and Jira. 

2. I have configured the reverse proxy to Jira, not to the confluence

3.Some users are automatically logged out from the confluence page for every 10 min with the error message. Find the below screen-shot for the error message
