Automatic typing erros

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I just typed one letter into the line, then same letters are copied and inputted automatically.
(with another user cursor)
Other users in my office experienced same error in PC web.
Also, there are two user icons on the top of the edit screen.
These two user cursors are appeared in the same line at the edit screen like the first screenshot I attached here.
Please check and answered quickly.
