Good afternoon!
Suppose we have a field in the confluence page in which a group or username is written, who can see and edit the current page, we have a question whether it is possible to make it so that when we click on the "application of restrictions" button (a lock with restrictions on the page ) the corresponding group or user was automatically pulled in the selection field.
The ability to automatically pull restriction settings from a page property or other field is not a native capability of Confluence. Fortunately, the Atlassian Marketplace offers a fantastic range of add-ons to customise Confluence to meet your requirements. One option you may want to consider is Comala Document Management. This includes the ability to set restrictions as part of your content management process. You can check out the app in the marketplace.
You may be interested in our live and recorded webinars - please be sure to select the correct platform (Cloud / Server / Data Center) as there are differences between our apps.
You can also contact our support team at https://support.comalatech.com if you have any questions.
I hope that helps

Kseniya,
I don't know of anything like that in Confluence. It's possible that something like Scriptrunner for Confluence could solve that for you, but you'd need to understand how to write Groovy Scripts. If you do choose to evaluate Scriptrunner and see if it can work for you, don't be afraid to ask for help/support on any issues with it in the community!
Thanks,
Kian
