I would like to define text or status on a Confluence page. On another page I would like to see the same text dynamically changed if it is changed on source page.
Is there some macro that allows it?
(I'm using version 5.1)
If you want to have multiple excerpts from one page, there's the Multi Excerpt Plugin. It's not compatible with 5.1 yet, though.
Thank you Beth,
I would probably consider to purchase it but only if it is 5.1 compatible. The reason is that we recently upgraded from 4.x and like 5.1. I'll ask the support when approximatelly we can expect compatibility with 5.1.

From the Version History it looks like they update pretty frequently, so hopefully it'll be 5.1 compatible before long!

Sweet, I'll be keeping an eye out for that upgrade too! :D

Do you mean like the Include Page Macro? Or the Excerpt Include Macro?

Thank you,
it seems that excerpt include macro does the work. It is a pitty I can't find a way how to define multiple excerpts on 1 page.
I would like to create a stutus page for multiple applications. The problem is that each app has it's own page with multiple versions and I would like to show all statuses for all version for all apps on 1 page.
