Automatically update an Excel Spreadsheet when it is edited on Sharepoint / One Drive

I display a spreadsheet on a confluence page using the "Office Excel Macro"

The spreadsheet source is in SharePoint/OneDrive.

My Team edits the spreadsheet several times a day in SharePoint.

How can I have the confluence spreadsheet automatically update when the source spreadsheet is edited in Sharepoint/OneDrive?

@Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ is correct that this is not available in the delivered product and only available through an app in the Atlassian marketplace.
