Autosave does not working

I configured, that every 30 seconds a page is safed, also the draft pages.

But if I close my tab and want to restore my work, I have no content.

How does it could be?

We are hosting Confluence on our own server.

I recommend starting by running through the checks mentioned at the top of the following article: Page or blog draft is not saved 

1. Are Drafts working at all?
2. Does this affect all users?
3. Does this affect all new and existing content in Confluence?
4. Were you able to find anything related in the atlassian-confluence.log?

5. While editing or creating a page, have you monitored the http activity? You can do this through Chrome's developer tools or Firefox's firebug network panel.

If you continue to have issues, can you let us know the following?

• Your Confluence version
• Your database and JAVA versions
• When did this last work? You mentioned you changed the interval to 30 seconds, but it's already 30 seconds by default. I noticed you raised a ticket with our Customer Advocates team in which you said you changed the interval to 20 seconds. Can you confirm that, and if the Autosave was working prior to the change?
• What browser are you using when you encounter this issue? Does it happen across other browsers too?
• Have you recently tried to clear your browser cache and restart? I saw a few other people were having similar issues in Confluence but a clear of the browser cache solved the issue.
• Do you currently have any customizations on your Confluence site, including if you've disabled Collaborative Editing, or if you're running behind a firewall or proxy?
