Autostart didn't work

[System Admin]

We set up a new server with Windows 2019 (old server Windows 2012).
On this server we installed mySQL and Confluence 7.12.2.

All works fine, we can manual start the Instance and login, ...

But we are not able to start the Confluence Instance as a Windows servvice.
