I would like to report a bug in Confluence server verison 7.15.0.
Search stop working! I downgraded to version 7.14.2 and this works again.
Browser version:
Edge 96.0.1054.41 and chrome Version 96.0.4664.45 (Official Build) (64-bit)
other browsers are not tested
Time (as precise as possible) when the error occurred:
Discovered after upgrade to version Confluence server 7.15.0

Occasionally the Confluence search index needs to be rebuilt after an upgrade. This is a quick process to initiate:
Give that a shot if you test upgrading again. It's also possible, but somewhat less likely, that you may need to manually rebuild the search index. If using the Rebuild button in Confluence's web interface still doesn't help after the rebuild job is complete, you can follow the steps in How to Rebuild the Content Indexes From Scratch on Confluence Server .

Ah ok, If you are using Starter confluence license, you might not be able to do that. In that case, hopefully someone from the Community Support Engineers can help to raise a bug for you.
