Back up import failing, would love any solutions

Hello community. Does anyone have an idea of a work around for this bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-73477
I'm asking here because I'm not sure if the bug report will get enough traction to get looked at. Essentially I'm trying to import my site back up and it's failing every time. At this point I would be happy for any solutions whether it'd be to convert it to google docs or any possible way to access view my documents. Thank you so much for your time

The bug report was created after I raised a support ticket 4 days ago. I'm not sure if the bug report will get enough traction for the team to fix. That's why I'm going to the community to see if anyone has any idea on how I can retrieve my document and at least look at it.

Seems like the error is related to user and group memberships

Can you try not importing the user data

How do I take that out of the import? Do you know which file I should edit and what I should remove? I'm new to this.

Or else can you try imporint the data to e new site and do a trial run once?
