Welcome to the community.

When you create a new space from template, it is automatically created with some macros depending on the template type such as software, marketing, sales, HR..

Important quick links, team members, status, jira issues, roadmap, contact etc are some items which can be used on home page. You can customize it according to the space content. Homepage generally gives a quick overview and navigation.

Here you can showcase page tree structures from different spaces while showing unread pages and page statuses!
