Hey all
I want to create a Confluence space that everyone in my organization can see. My question now is, how do I best approach this. I have too many groups/users to manually add them one by one. I also don't want to set the space on anonymous access for privacy reasons. In JIRA, you can e.g. set filter on my organization, is there such a thing for a confluence space? What is the best practise in this case?
We have both internal and external users. The internal ones are added through AD
Hello @Rafik Bouizergane
How do you grant Product Access for Confluence? Do you already grant Product Access to everyone in your organization?
All users who have licensed access to Confluence must be a member of at least one group that has been granted Product Access.
You could use the same groups used for Product Access to grant access to a space.
You can also use those groups in the Default Space Permissions settings to grant them access, by default, to any future space that is created.
I have several groups that have product access. So there are far too many to add. It can be done in principle, but it's just not really practical
