BigPicture: how to see if there is dependencies between my tasks?

Its an Enterprise own Jira Bigpicture

I have the flow as Epic ->feature-> tasks. I wat to see if they are dependent and also please suggest few things regarding these 2 points

1. team module: I have a project but this doesn't have any team under it, its a flat structure. But we can divide them based on their tasks, 4 teams can be formed. Could you please suggest what all info do we need to form that.

2. Risk Module: We are panning to setup this as based on the Priority of the Jira task. As P1 is at higher risk and so on. Please help me to setup this.
