Hello,
I’m currently using Confluence with a small team of fewer than 10 members. Recently, I added a new member but forgot to remove some users who are no longer active. This temporarily pushed our user count above 10, and it appears this triggered a billing requirement.
I've since corrected the user list, and we now have fewer than 10 active users again. However, the system still seems to require us to upgrade or proceed with payment.
Is there any way to resolve this without upgrading to a paid plan, considering that our active usage remains under the 10-user limit?
