For certain pages, when clicking on the Edit button, sometimes the user gets a blank page. I noticed that the URL doesn't change to "editpage.action", it stays in "viewpage.action".
I already duplicated the page and save it with a different name. The page has only a table, some text in sections and a Team Calendar embedded. If I right click on the Edit button, it always works (we are suggesting this as workaround).
Nothing shows in the HAR file or in the logs.

I've seen something similar when the Navigation UI is still present on the top of the page but the edit area is blank and uneditable, is this the case for you? Here restarting the services in Collaborative Editing usually solved it on my test instances (no expert at all).

Is not user related, it happens to any user trying to edit the page. I turned off the collaborative editing some time ago due to a lot of synch errors between page edits.
