Board setting- column& statuses

Hi 

Regarding to column & statues, I have couple questions and appreciate ur kind responses.

1. How to move statuses?

    I have created different workflows applicable to different issues types, since in the board, it displays all the statuses, how can i move the status column based on the workflow i have design from Open => Dev in progress => Testing =>...=>Done?

2.Do you have more videos about how to use Jira and Confluence for project management?  Could u pls share the URL for learning material which are free of charge?

Hi @Kishan Sharma  Thanks for the quick response, but  

#1. I can't drag any issues to to preferred column

#2. What I tried to do is to re-order these status in the board. Like i want to move to the 3rd column

Hi @chanel Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can simply drag the issue and drop it over your preferred status/column (It will work provided you don't have any conditions set in the workflow that must be met and have necessary permissions to transition the issue)

Hi @chanel , Instead of creating a new response, I will respond here on your earlier comment. Please go to Board --> Click on three dots (Ellipses) --> Manage Workflow and see if you have checked the box "Allow issues in any status to move to this one" which will enable to you to freely drag and drop issues to any status in the workflow.
