Bookmark or personal navigation space

Lars March 12, 2018

Hey everyone,

i would like to create a personal bookmark and navigation space within my personal space in confluence. It should work like the bookmark function we know from internet browsers, with custom named folders and a custom defined hierarchy.

Is something like this possible in confluence?

I didnt find a adequat macro for that. The SpaceShortcut function is quite nice, but it doesnt allow a hierarchy structure as far as i know.

Not sure which version of Confluence you are using, but if you want to have a custom links or menu you can can configure sidebar and add "space shortcuts".

Hey Mirek,

thanks for your answer. As i mentioned in my question, I'm already using the Space Shortcut function, but it seems that a hierarchical structure is not allowed. e.g.

  • Projects Im involved
    • Page 1
    • Page 2
    • Page 3
      • Page 3.1
      • Page 3.2

Its Confluence Version 5.10.8

Thanks,

Lars

Hmm.. In that case.. Maybe you can use normal list with static content or table of content macro and later if you want to put in on a different page just do it with include macro in a specific section.
