Built-in widget that creates a change log from a Jira release just spins indefinitely and doesn't create.
We are unable to create Jira change log reports please help.
I can't help with indefinite loading issues, but if you want to use this as an opportunity to improve your release notes, take a look at Released.

Do you mean the built-in "release notes" feature or something else?
I am not familiar with a built-in feature to produce a change log for a release. How do you access this feature and what does it look like?

You included a link to the Create Release Notes documentation, but I do not see anything in there about Change Logs.
