Button shrink page doesn't work

Thello. I created an article and in the view mode I see the page in the center of the screen, but in edit mode, I see the fitted page by the width of screed. So I tried to click on the button "make page fixed width" but nothing happened.

I tried to check this issue in another browser. No effect.

Any suggestions?

It is for specific pages. I will investigate the reason and tell more information...

Hi @Konstantin Zhabko I'm not able to reproduce this issue in my cloud instance.  I'm wondering if it's isolated to your user?  You mentioned you tried it in another browser, are they on the latest versions?  

Another thing to try would be to reboot the PC and see if it still happens there.

I did find this issue reported on Atlassian's Jira site.  It might be worth voting for and watching it. CONFCLOUD-68780 but I don't think that's your issue as you're saying it doesn't work at all. 

If it's still a problem, I would suggest opening a support ticket with Atlassian (support.atlassian.com and click 'contact' link in upper right) and get their take on the issue.

I inspected the page and I saw error 404:

In this case, an error occurs only in draft mode. When I publish the page it appears good.

Can you investigate it?
