Help. I have a Service Desk Team and I have engineers. I want the engineers to be able to document their work in Confluence. I envision a button from their JIRA tickets that links to a documentation space in Confluence. They can also go to the Documentation Space free of using the JIRA button to document things.
The SD Team-I want them to be able to create documentation in Confluence from a JIRA ticket link. I also want them to be able to search for any documentation that already exists. It could be from the engineering team or the SD team.
Do I need a Documentation Space for one and a Knowledge Base for the other? Help :)
Once you integrate Jira and Confluence then this is a normal feature. On your Jira issue you will have this option to not only link to an existing page but also create a page from the Jira issue.
You will have to also link a specific page to your JSM project.

I can't seem to view it on the JIRA tickets. The link. Any advice?
