Can I add multi line block to template item

Is there way to link another page or even plaintext multi line block "list" to template items? If not it would be nice feature that user can put links to another template to template item list. Then user can select that link from list and it will "copy&paste" that whole content of linked template to that place. Use case: You can make offer templates where product description templates are linked to list. When user select product from list it will get whole product description block to that place.

I don't think this is possible with the built-in templates. I was able to do this with ConfiForms and it can probably be done with other form add ons.
