Can I automate mentioned links in a page ?

We use a practice in which we add all relevant pages links to each page we are creating,

can I automate a rule that will sum up all links within my pages?

I think one easy and convenient way to do this is Rovo (Atlassian's AI Agents), which is now generally available (announced at Team '24 Europe).
