Can I consolidate action items from a whole set of Meeting Note pages?

I started using the Meeting Notes template for a series of periodic meetings. I would like a way to consolidate Action Items from the continually growing set of meeting notes linked from a parent page. Ideally I'd like to see the collection of all outstanding items in one place.

My workaround for now is manually carrying forward the action item section to the next meeting page, removing itmes that have been completed.

If you haven't already, you'll need to create an index page for your meeting notes, based on your meeting notes blueprint.  Here's more info regarding indexes and blueprints:

If you want to pull in action items that are listed on pages that are not associated with meeting notes, follow these steps:

  1. create a label for each page you want Action Items pulled from.
  2. link newly created label(s) to the index page for the Meeting Notes blueprint by editing the ‘Task report’ Macro and ‘Content Report Table’ Macro.

funny... same request several minutes before I've read your question. I suggest to check to try out page properties and PP report for those kind of needs...
