Can I create JIRA requests from form submission ?

Hi folks,

I have manual actvities involved in team, where multiple requests needs to be raised. I want to automate this by a form submission using JIRA/CONFLUENCE such that, once the form is submitted (for 5 action items), there are 5 tickets created in JIRA.

Any thoughts on this?

You certainly could do it with the app we developed and support - ConfiForms

There might be other options, but I am pretty sure the most flexible way (multiple tickets, different projects if necessary, different issue types, etc) is to do it with our app.
