I am not able to create a view in Confluence through a filter created in JIRA. I need to gather tasks from several boards in a single view and the way I found it was creating a filter through a single category, however when trying to generate this view in Confluence I am encountering problems because it is not a single project. This is possible?

Hi @Rafaela Ruiz Roncato Cavalcanti

What graph are you trying to create?

It might be possible depending what graph you're referring to - for example the "Resolution Time" bar graph can use a project or a saved filter.

Thank you @Ste Wright ! I will create this view, but can I get a roadmap view? Or even burndown?

Hi @Rafaela Ruiz Roncato Cavalcanti

You can see a full list of Jira gadgets in Confluence by:

  1. Go to a Confluence page and press Edit
  2. In the tools bar, select the "+" button and press "View More" at the bottom of the drop-down
  3. From the left-hand menu, select "External Content"

This provides a full list of Jira gadgets (amongst other things) which you can utilise in Confluence. There is a sprint burndown gadget and the Jira road map gadget.

When it comes to roadmaps - you do have a few other options. To see these:

  1. Remain in the macro section from Step 2-3
  2. In the top-right, use the search box to search for "Road"
  3. "Road" brings up all three options. There is the gadget (Jira Road Map), embedding a Next-Gen roadmap (Jira roadmap) and a manual roadmap you can create directly in Confluence (Roadmap Planner)

^ If you're looking for anything more complex - like specifying your own chart data, you can try:

  • Chart Macro: Another macro available from the menu the others are in
  • Apps: Apps like Table Filter and Charts provide more functionality than standard Confluence
