Hi,
I want to delete pages in bulk and I searched about the related information and tried to figure out how to delete in bulk, but I couldn't found any function what I want.
Is this in-bulk deletion function limited to standard plan and the above plan?
Or isn't there any other solution to delete pages in bulk when someone uses free plan?
@Eun Young, @Mia Tamm _Simpleasyty_ Just a note that, if you have the Premium or Enterprise plan, you can use the Content Manager to perform multiple actions on a group of pages, including archive and delete.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Hi @Eun Young ,
At the moment, Confluence Cloud doesn’t provide a native option to bulk delete pages — this applies to all plans (including Free, Standard, and Premium). Pages can only be deleted individually from the UI.
If you need to clean up a large number of pages, there are two alternatives:
Not the most convenient answer, I know — but hopefully this helps you find a path forward.

@Mia Tamm _Simpleasyty_ thank you for mentioning two of our apps.
@Eun Young you can use for free all the features of Space Content Manager and Attachment Manager for up to 10 users.
But Space Content Manager doesn't yet have bulk page deleting. You can do many things with it in bulk from changing status or owner to adding labels.
You can bulk delete attachments with Attachment Manager, but that's not what you are trying to do, if at some point you need to save storage or clean up confusion at attachments endlessly grow it can be helpful.

Happy to see Pages Manager for Confluence on your list @Mia Tamm _Simpleasyty_ , thanks for bringing it up! :)
Pages Manager for Confluence should make it very straightforward for you @Eun Young, just open the click the App on your Left Pane, mark the pages you want to bulk remove, and click the button on the toolbar. ;)
