I am familiar with the find/replace function that works for individual Confluence Cloud pages (when using the old editor).
However, I have about 100 pages in a technical manual (in its own space) where I want to change "Project Manager" to "Project Lead". Is there a way I can do this with one instruction, or do I have to go into each of the 100 pages individually?
So, in short, is there a find/replace function that works for either a group of designated pages or all pages within the space?
Thanks
Hi @Andrew Drury ,
at the moment there is no way to do a global search and replace in Confluence Cloud.
There was a ticket with Atlassian to implement this, but they said that it's not on their roadmap at the moment : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-2522
So, you can try an addon add this feature : https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215739/qron-search-and-replace-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
I have not tried it, so be sure to test it before using it on your production instance.
Let me know if this helps,

Hi @Andrew Drury @Robert Kuhlmann if you have ScriptRunner for Confluence Cloud you can find and replace text across your entire space with one click.
There's a script you can copy and paste into the Script Console and run. It is available here: https://library.adaptavist.com/entity/find-and-replace-text-across-space
If you want to try ScriptRunner we offer a 30 day free trial in the Marketplace.

The available apps I tried don't work. :-(
One app is even cancelled and the new app "Easy Content Toolbox" is not working.
That's really a problem if you have a big project.
Do I really have to make my own, just to replace some texts throughout a space?
Come on...
