Can I edit the space editor toolbar menu or insert drop down list menu?

If I want insert a macro which is not in the insert menu, it is complex operation to open the macro. Can I add a macro which new added in the insert quick menu to speed up my edition efficiency?

Is the macro you want to add your work? Because I found this developer resource that hopefully aged well and should be helpful:

If it's not a macro you wrote yourself, then I think you won't be able to add it without support from the developer.

And what do you mean by "complex operation"? The shortcut "{" in the editor and starting to type the macro's name should be the fastest way to add it to the page, especially for new users. You can already educate them to use it as it's super helpful.

Hi Max,

Now I use '{' to insert the macro quikly. But not all members know the letters of the macro name.

So what I want is the incon of the macro is pasted on the toolbar that can be found by user quikly.

You will need to write your own plugin to achieve that.
