Hi,
I'm setting up our Knowledge Base/Confluence and want to put in a count to see the number of times users access what articles. How do I do this?
Hmm.. for Cloud instance Usage Statistics build in Confluence I think is disabled and few years back you needed to contact Atlassian to enable that (Support request). If that is not possible any more maybe you can use different plugins that exist on the marketplace like for example Analytics for Confluence - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215795/analytics-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
Grrrr, it seems 9 out of 10 times if I am looking for something, it is either 'in development' or an extension which will cost more. Thanks for your help, at least I can stop searching!
