Our documentation website has French translation available, but to use it, I have to log in as an admin and, on each page, select Create DeepL translation.
I'm thinking that there must be a better way.
Any advice / recommendations is very welcome.

I've taken a look into this and various options on the Atlassian Marketplace for you, but unfortunately all the options I've looked at focus on page translation over space translation. Depending on the app you use it may be worth contacting the vendor to see if they have this option on their development roadmap?
