The scenario is that I have a spreadsheet in Google Docs, which has been in use for quite some time, and is shared by myself and two others. We want to take this data and have it presented in a table in Confluence, where everyone in our company can view it. We want to update the data on the original spreadsheet and have any changes to the 'master' reflected on the Confluence page.
I know that it's possible to insert a Confluence page into another Confluence page via the "Include Page" feature, but when it comes to external data sources I'm a bit fuzzy. I would prefer to not have to goto the Marketplace to get this done, if it's possible.
Does anyone have some experience with this, or can anyone point out some documentation or post that I may have missed?
Thanks!
You can import Google Docs in Confluence Cloud.
Please find the reference here
When you create the New Page, you can find it in Import Section
Thanks,

Yeah that's what I've found...looking for .xlsx files turns up no results, even though I'm looking at my docs in a separate window and have some spreadsheets ready to go.

Hi @Chris ,
We can suggest trying our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence.
The add-on provides the Table from CSV macro that allows you to output data from Google Sheets and Google Drive. The recreated table can be further filtered, aggregated and visualized.
And the second option is to use the Table Spreadsheet macro - create fully functional spreadsheets right in Confluence without switching to Google Sheets and Excel.

Hi there,
As this question concerns our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app, we are happy to introduce its new macro – Table Spreadsheet.
This macro allows you to work with fully functional Excel spreadsheets right in Confluence.
You’ll be able to use cells’ formulas, filters, conditional formatting, etc., create pivot tables and charts from the page view and edit mode.
The Table Spreadsheet macro is available for Cloud and Server/Data Center.
