Can I make a template , so as whenever I print anything on my account on confluence , it automatically prints ?

Example: I want my company's logo on every document present on my confluence account . So , whenever I open any document , the logo should be on the document.

Where are you doing this "print anything on my account on Confluence"?  In the browser?  Which would automatically print because you have asked it to?

chrome , I want the contents of the template on my documents stored on confluence . EVERY DOCUMENT SHOULD HAVE THE TEMPLATE format .

I am sorry, but this does not make any sense to me.  I cannot work out what you are trying to do.  Are you trying to work with templates to save you having to create page structures?  Or printing as you originally asked?

Could you explain what the end user gets from this?

(No need to SHOUT either, it decreases readability and a lot of people find it rude)

So nothing to do with printing, more about seeing standard output.

Have a look at the printing/pdf output options.  You can define headers in there for output.
