Can I make comments in Confluence get approval before becoming visible on page?

Is it possible to add a control to comments on Confluence so that they will not appear until approved?

I haven't seen anything like this before. All approvals including addons are focused on document approval not comment. TBH, enforcing approvals on comments seems overly restrictive. Maybe simply restricting the page for read access to all except those you intend to setup as approvers.
