Can I require questions to have a topic? Alternatively, is there a "default" topic?

When a user asks a question, can I require him to choose a topic from the list of topics. If not, is it possible to define a "watcher" for questions that were not assigned a topic, so that the watcher can add the topic?

Hi Yaacov,

Questions does require at least one topic. For more information please see Confluence Questions - Topics. It will suggest a topic to use once the user starts asking the question.

Every question must have at least one topic. This ensures there are no orphaned questions in your site. 

If this behavior isn't happening for your copy of Questions, can you let me know what version you're using?
